Looking at the end again .... I kinda think the lady in the stall is the wife. He has that Lost / defeated look on his face. If it wasn't he would have a relieved look. Now if it is... only the Dev knows what is going on ??.

This is an interesting topic I wrote a post about before
In the following two cases, the MC’s facial expression doesn’t change or even worsens:
1. He sees the FMC in a bathroom stall (without NTR)
2. He’s witnessed another shocking scene (also without NTR)
So, this still doesn’t solve the mystery of what’s happening in that bathroom stall
