Keep getting an unreadable sprite error in this spot in the early game.
Any fix?
Same on 1st page patch and the original files patch.

Quick question regarding the translation. During some skits/events, we get popups saying, for example, "Mea Friendship +5", and sometimes it says "Mea Trust +5". But in the status screen, it shows as "Affection". Is this just different words that all mean the Affection stat, or are there actually three different stats, with Affection only being shown in the status screen?

They are all the same stat GPT just translated them differently sometimes.

So as I play through the game I've been savescumming to find out affection changes of the different dialogue choices. Figured I'd post what I have since I don't think I've seen a guide for this yet.

This is obviously only to what I have played so far, which isn't much, but I'll edit this post as I play more (unless someone posts a full guide... which may actually already exist somewhere? I haven't even checked lol)

This guide is in order of how I came across events, and I'm only including stuff that either has dialogue choices and/or affection changes.

Keep in mind I am still very early in the game (approx 2 hours in) so most of you are probably way further then this anyways, but someone might find it useful.

Energizing Tea and Bomb Rice Ball are at the bottom of the weapon enhancement menu. They also show up where they're supposed to, in the cooking menu, so this is more of a funny.

You get access to Breaks very early in the game, but not at the start. Keep playing.

Fixed the stats on another armor (Aqua Wreath) and tweaked the two "Healing Command" cores to match each others' naming and stat description conventions.

Not sure if this is yet another base-game bug, but the Perfect Defense Core is absolute ass and debuffs every stat in battle when you guard. Maybe there was a translation mix-up and it's supposed to cure all ailments in exchange for all-stat debuff? Still ass without debuff immunity.

Do you by chance know how to fix the "sprites not iterable" error i posted earlier?

I didn't encounter this, and I'm not familiar enough with MZ to diagnose the issue from the screenshot. What were you doing, and have you run GameUpdate.bat recently? There's a few game-breaking bugs when the game takes away camera control from you, but they all mostly have to do with an enemy running into the player during cutscenes.

First it happened when i was walking along the first floor of the lab. After deleting and re-extracting and patching the game it disappeared and then reappeared when i walked out the first barrier generators room but now it stopped happening.
When it works there aren't any scenes where the game would have taken away camera control.
It's weird.

Haven't run the .bat yet. I patch it manually.
