That, I believe, is when you are supposed to add the gay and male domination tags as well, at which point, it would get filtered out for many people automaticall anyway. Dunno, just seems like a courtesy to me...

It has potential, but the dead ends and text bugs really need to get cleaned up to make it more playable.
There's quite a lot here for an early release: multiple distinct routes under two different lords, different personality types for the main character, multiple love interests, and a decent amount of the story is available.
That said, there are quite a few broken passages, bugs (especially during dream sequences), parser errors that spring from characters whose sex is selectable, and a pervasive english-as-a-second-language feel to the writing. Despite these rough patches there's already the bones of a fun game here.
It leans hard into soft bad end style gameplay but never actually forces anything on the player. The overall bent of the game is definitely skewing toward submissive, which might bother some people, but for those who like that style of content it has harsh degredation non-con, softer shoujo-style "my monster-genteel husband ain't as scary as he looks" material, light affectionate bullying (and harsher actual-bullying from a different character), rough/wild guy with a soft center stuff, and even super chaste slow romance with your spouse under harsh conditions if you're a real pervert.
While it's not NTR, there is an element that might turn some off: the main character was recently pressured into an arranged marriage and isn't quite sure how they feel about their spouse yet. This means that all the relationships other than the spouse necessarily involve an element of cheating, though this isn't heavily emphasized and is easy to forget/ignore in most of the scenarios.
I'd recommend increasing the default text size by a few points. I'm at 2560 x 1440, which is pretty standard these days, and had to use browser zoom to bump it up to comfortably readable.

but yeah, if you're playing as a male character do expect the NPCs to take a healthy interest in your butthole. You can avoid their advances, even in situations where it seems like you can't, but they still might knock on the door.
besides the bugs its actually really good. i stopped playing after i forgot to save and ran into a bug that happens after maddies first night event that stopped me from being able to sleep ever again. there goes 50+ int points q.q
Pretty good character customization and introduction, but I have no idea what to do after that, being on the Kuruth path. The guy never does anything or talks about anything interesting. No other character around seems to do anything either, other than increase your stats slightly with some jobs, which also doesn't seem to do anything yet.
Came in wanting to get raped by beastly demons, came away sadly disappointed.

If you fixed the broken links, made the saves actually work and implemented a back button it would be a lot more playable.

the slave tag could mean that you own the slave, not necessarily that you ARE the slave. This sire really needs to add "dominant protagonist"/"submissive protagonist" tags or some such already

it less "sissification" as you can make your char be a femme trappy boi in customization. Ive only played one route so i cant say for certain if theres fetish sissification in there. as for the portraits you create how your char looks during char creation, and you can choose between "young adult", "matured" and "well-aged" but none of these alter how your char looks as far as i can tell. You can also add scars and stuff to make you look less fresh faced if that helps, but i think the young appearance thing is an unfortunate side effect of the artstyle

its less of a humiliation/maso sim than it sounds like. its basically you working and interacting with characters and progressing routes in which you are the submissive (not entirely sure if ll routes follow this, as the routes im following are bugged and i dont feel like starting over to fully see). You arent going to be gangbanged for walking around but there are "punishments" you can trigger by doing/not doing things
