Around day 22 Tsubasa started doing solo training with the P.E gym teacher, now I'm on day 26 and the P.E gym teacher learned Tsubasa is a girl and molested her, is this scripted or was there a way to play so he doesn't learn her secret? I've been impressed so far that the game isn't like all the other NTRs which force you down NTR paths, but I guess that's about to change. I've been able to avoid NTR by playing efficiently, so I'm just wondering if there was a way to prevent the gym teacher from learning Tsubasa's secret.

I actually think there's a small bit of merit to time sink ntr when done
I get that it's just a quick wank for a lot of people who just wanna cut to the chase and see a few cgs for the first time and then never come back or play it ever again..
But true NTR is supposed to feel like humiliation, degradation and emotional masochism.
I don't think the quick 5 min scene collector of a girl cheating on you stimulates those psychological turn-ons as much as getting invested in a story and seeing a girl SLOWLY become corrupted to prefer sex over true love.
I know it's not for everyone, and I'm not trying to argue all NTR should be slow burn.
But I do think there's room for a few slow burns, you asked why they happen and this might be one of the reasons they happen.
(Also I'm a pro domme and specialize in findom, degradation, netorare and humiliation. That doesn't make me an expert or anything but anecdotally that's what I've seen.)

At the beginning, no one knows about it, but one (or all) of the guys could end up finding about it. Which guy in particular is mostly random, but as long as you keep an eye on her you can delay the discovery.
There are lots of different endings, even though the game loop remains the same, which is going through your day, training, studying or working, while looking for signs that something's happening to her. The ending depends on who she ends up doing more lewd stuff with. That said, you're able to block most, if not all of the cheating interactions and keep her to yourself (yes, you can fuck her during the game) by simply walking into the are where she's at, finding her and interrupting the action.

Also, it's challenging to get the good ending on your first try, but on a new game+ it's far more manageable.
If nothing else, I recommend this game to any NTR fans or enjoyers. The H scenes are top notch, fully animated, and the girl is one of the hottest FMCs I've seen.
