You get back health after sex CG's, plus damage was lowered.
You can dog ranged attacks in the corner still and win the game without issue fully sexless if you want on very hard. (I did it)
Yes, xeno upgrades during chapter 2.

here are some bugs that I've encountered
1-The visuals for the top clothes stopped showing in the middle of playing no matter what top I wore
2- the save system was broken , I saved in the middle of chapter 2 , and it just loaded me in the start of the game
beside those 2 bugs , the game was great and I hope that you fix the bugs that I mentioned , good luck.

It was weird, it wasnt letting me use the base .zip program, I had to force it to go through winrar instead. It kept telling me I had to change permissions on the file or some shit, but I got it.

New update I think designed to fix this issue for mobile.

Kinda, I think this is just a fix, but yeah the weekly rapid updates start typically 4 days after last weekly release.
