Anyone else notice how the player's appearance sprite shows ponytail hair even if other options are chosen? Cut scene hair is still correct, just not the appearance sprite.

Just run and shoot... things. So called "mutations" is just perks in battles, that is very confusing part.
Having sex with monster (fast press button in time in scenes) gives much more currency for char upgrades (after battles).
Thing for gun upgrades is random drop (?)
And that's it. Plus some story here and there.

I had to go into the inventory and equip the gun when I played most recently, might be your issue. Then it's back to the mouse button as usual.
Did like two levels of the same stuff as patches ago and then got bored though so maybe it's something else.

any chance you could add auto attack to the pc version? I personally think the game's pretty good, but i don't consider a game an h-game if it takes two hands to play
As far as I can tell, they added some xeno crafting mechanic that just has a pink one constantly follow you and do nothing during the combat. There might be new events, but it's such a slog to get through to them I have no idea.
After a few months of updates, I can't help but wonder if this game would be much better served as like, a survival horror game instead of a vampire survivor-like. The sex mechanics are such huge interruptions to the gameplay flow, the post mission scenes seem to be to encourage replay to see all the Kate scenes but each level is a minute and a half, the gallery is just non functional and doesn't have most of the scenes and is missing every enemy scene, and it's hard to see the exact enemy scene you want because once again, the survivorlike gameplay involves being swarmed by a huge amount and variety of random enemies.
As a different complaint, I hate the inventory system. It's jank, hard to access during combat, and with the new parts mechanic for the buggy non-functional xeno, it's always full. It's also not helped that if you have an item equipped, you aren't allowed to dismantle any duplicates because the game just discards the first one it finds in each slot. I was hoping that it got reworked before they started adding even more to it.
