I'm getting a lot of the same name for crew recruitment. It should probably check to see if the name is already hired in the crew or maybe give the option to rename when hired.

On a related topic, it would be nice to have the ability to assign a crew member a different job, perhaps consider it a promotion with an increase in pay to make the change.
by the way, if you want to get the in-dev/early access version via their website, real easy way to do so.
you can get pass the wall via (CTRL + SHIFT + I -> Sources -> html file -> CTRL + F -> type in "cheatHash" and press enter until you find a similar segment to below.
