This is the most recent release page for the Unity Auto Translator. Download the one that says ReiPatcher, extract the .exe to the GameData folder and run it to install the patcher/translator. It'll create a shortcut named "<GameName> (Patch and Run)", open that and it'll patch the game to use the auto-translator. From there you should be able to use the regular game .exe and it'll start the translator automatically.

Google is the default. You can press Alt+0 in-game or go to AutoTranslator\Config.ini and pick a different translator. You'd have to read the tool's documentation on what's available and how to configure it though, I've never bothered to mess with those settings.
There's not much to unlock. You can just skip the entirety of the story mode and the two What-If routes in less than 5 minutes, and then you'll have full access to Free Mode.

I just used the forbooks.jp method to purchase the game. This is by far the easiest and safest method.
Should that not work for you, there is another method where you buy Bitcash.jp codes on Seagm.com which I’ve used on fantia and Dlsite before (but it’s a pain).

While on the scene selection menu, press Alt+0 to bring up the translator console, then disable translation. Once you get into the scene you can turn the translation back on. Probably the code checks the text of which options you picked to decide on the scene so the translation messes that up.
The uncensor isn't perfect, and I can't find the shaders for the testicles, but its better than nothing. Just set the censor type to black (the last one in the drop-down) for the best results.
what button here disables the translation? i've tinkered with everything here and the free mode scene is still greyed out
also, am i the only one here experiencing clicks not registering? like trying to select a chapter doesnt work
Actually all you need to get character is to move img file in /CustomImgData/. So if someone make a model in demo, just move file to release game folder
The top button reverts to the pre-translated text. If you leave that unchecked before starting a scene it'll load correctly. Once the scene loads you can select it again, but the scene switch options inside the scene are finicky. You have to have the translation turned off before you mouse-over the options and leave it deselected in order for the buttons to work.

As a general tip, use the keyboard hotkeys where possible, especially in the story scenes. The buttons don't play nice with translation.
