Press alt+0 and disable translation then when the position menu name is in japanese it will change scene, its the same with anything that have a japanese names in it probably due to the coding

for example : if user press "japanese named" button then do action A . and since the button name is changed to english the code couldn't find the japanese named button and just didn't work

Not an actual save. Throw it into save folder and free mode will be unlocked. All i did is changed everything from "false" to "true".

Man the 3P scenes in IO were peak, hopefully the devs release more versions or DLC in the future with similar scenes

Hmm...there is no threesome option in free mode ?

EDIT: Seems there isnt. Customization options are also kinda bland, not much variety in clothing, body modifications are highly limited

Overall if you like to just mess around with character creation then this one isnt that good
