Finished the niece's route and the sister's if story so far.
Is there any game elements to this or is it all just a visual novel that let's you customize the charas?

Yes it just Visual Novel that let you customize the character
however there are speculation that there might be more update in future base on the blog post
there something interesting that people found too which is this
This is ovulation cycle
This system never in the actual game, so it either dev never put this system in time so it for further thing in future.
In previous game this system is if character is in ovulation date, they will have dialogue related to it when having sex

Edit: HF Patch released, I recommend installing it, it's a better option than installing all these mods, and it is properly mantained, my upload is already outdated with all the fixes HF patch has lol

Are there any notable games you modded beside this? NTR or Corruption if there is. Thanks for the patch btw

I'm not a modder, I just packed up all the mods I considered useful in a zip and posted it here once I noticed that no one had posted a fix for the h scenes when using a translator.
As for any NTR or Corruption games, you can use the F95 search engine with those tags and filter the games.

the english translation not working for me. i start the game using the english launcher and everything is still in japanese
Can anyone help ??

Is it necessary to install the BepIn and BepIn Manager if I want to uncensor the game only?
