I figured it out, you need to complete the teacher quest, then once you sleep till Evening you automatically get the new event quest.

To do the mission you need 15+ affection with chika and then talk to chika in the morning at normal size.
Now you have the quest and to do it you must try to enter Klara's room at night while shrunk.
Do not shrink in Klara's room, you must shrink before entering it.
