Thank you for your reply. I tried using Tunnel Bear as a VPN, but to no avail. I'm also logged in in the DMM app. I really don't know what is the problem with this game in particular.

The options has "Enable Translation" so I turned it on but I checked a bunch of scenes randomly and none of them are translated, is that function not working or are the scenes just not translated

From what im aware of the viewer is reverse engineered from a viewer for a taimanin gacha game and its just leftover code, what i do is launch it in google chrome go over to the drop down settings tab and select “translate”.

I'm able to play the game normally with a VPN here. Are you using a free VPN? Those tend to be extremely slow, which might be the reason you're stuck on the loading screen.
