I think that scene is in the game, but I'll have to play again to make sure.
Iirc, that comes up if the MC buys the "classic" lingerie at the store, not the "naughty" one.

The image is from the playthrough. To get to it you'll have to:
1. choose the "classy" lingerie when at the store;
2. on the second night Joyce changes into it;
3. bingo..! (note: image provided is not in 2160p)
NOTE:
You'll have to do it yourself if you want to get the original quality.
The CG RIP provided in the OP is not working.
You could use UnRen to get rip your VN.

Something is going on with your attachment.
It is not loading properly, the image doesn't load completely, it's cut off at the bottom, and just keeps trying to load indefinitely.
