I assume it's crashing when you try to render. If so, select her hair and go into the surfaces tab. Select the hair in the surfaces tab so every child of the hair is selected and highlighted. Navigate to transmitted color and remove the texture. That should fix the crashing. You'll have to either save over that duf file to fix it or just save your current scene afterwards. Just remember each time you load the character duf file or that hair, you'll have to remove that texture each time or it will crash.
