So i just started the new update and every time i go to teacher for a study session it just skips to evening. there isnt even a scene. can someone help?

My two cents about the update, or better, why I'm not agreeing on it being a good one.
I understand we had the long awaited sex scenes but... But they almost came out of complaints.
Let me clarify it: they are not story related, the main story hasn't brought to sex, it almost didn't go forward, so it looks to me the dev just exploited the fact there was no content for a while with certain characters just to insert sex, almost out of the blue.
I was expecting the story to continue, even with all its limits, or some more detailed reasons why thingg aere going in the direction they took.
So I think it's fair to say we had something we wanted but that doesn't make it a good update.
Peace and love (or piss and love, for those who like that stuff).

I don't know what you have done but I suggest you do it like this:

After you unzipped the v.12 game, download and unzip the MidnightParadise_v0.12_LainsModBeta and inside you'll find a folder called "game". Copy this folder and paste it here:

When asked, merge and copy and replace all files.

Then you should be good to go. Just so you know, for me it worked just fine and after I finished the new content, this is the message I got:

from now on my android ports of Ren'Py games have a 2nd, persistent save location like windows. if you uninstall an app, the save files and persistent data remain intact.
therefore the app needs the permission to access the public external storage, because it has to read and write outside its own external storage directories.

Herr the66, i was looking my old saves and there is a game breaking bug (old scene with aunt Sophia, a few dialogue lines after choices look at her/look at feet the game simply throws you in start menu). In gallery box everything works fine. I didn't check PC version for a while so it could be dev's messy code or something...

No strapon. Hot scene, no animation though, kinda short and to be bluntly honest...I agree with Cool'Thulhu

It was completely out of the blue, no context, no build-up.

The only good thing coming out of it (maybe that was the point) is to highlight and give everyone hope that there might be a threesome with Ruby and Isa sometime in the future.

A lot of "if" and "maybe" but one can only hope.

There is a lesbian scene in 0.12? Or are you guys talking about the previous one with Isabel and Ruby(don't remember which update that was).

This update was awesome, lots of Jane. Now hopping for more Tanya and Celine S&M scenes in the next versions :love:
