Yeah, note on Patreon says nobody's saves will work, due to the changes etc. So, it's the same for everyone, seemingly added relationship changer, hints, and some other things.



You don't need it, it's official in-game now, you can define the relationships yourself.

damn can't believe the game is still alive, the updates are taking significantly loger to drop though, which means we will likely never see it completed.
