Unity isn't android friendly, so there's never an android port, unless someone ports it to renpy first.

Move the game's folder out to the root of your hard drive, so the path is C:\Midnight Sin v0.6.0.

That is because you didn't read what Joiplay does. Joiplay is an app that plays Ren'pY and RPGM games, not Unity games. The only way you are going to get this to run, is on a PC, or a windows emulator. It is not designed to work on a phone, and that is unlikely to change.
No problem in godson remake discord i asked is there any similar game one guy recommend this so i thought i should give it a try
Faerin makes good games, just not for Android. If you can play on a pc of some kind and need help though, let us know.
