Now when I say monstrous, I don't mean your standard girl with cat ears. Or the succubus who would otherwise look human if not for a forked tail. Or the larger than average woman with minotaur horns and a cow print bikini. I mean the real freak shit. Things that might scare you rather than arouse you (or maybe a bit of both). I'm talking about Teratophilia: Sexual attraction to monsters.


If you find yourself with this particular inclination, this thread is for you. I've tried to put together a collection of games I've found, as well as recommendations from others, featuring this type of content (at least in some capacity) into one place so likeminded individuals can maybe find something new within the bounds of this rather niche fetish.

Teraurge - This is the game that caused my monster awakening, and I also think it's the perfect example of exactly what I'm talking about. This is a game I think everyone should check out if you're into this stuff. Yes it has an abandoned tag. Yes it's effectively in development limbo. I do not care about that shit and you shouldn't either. We are here for monster sex, and this game is chocked full of it

I'll be sure to add more since I've been looking for these for a long time. One issue I have is that "monster" is a really really broad term that makes it difficult to search for it. For example I couldn't care less for stuff like orcs, goblins or your standard Japanese monster bundle with like slimes and plants that eat you while or something. Or for instance you brought up dragons. Just feels like these aren't really "monstrous" so to speak.

One suggestion I would have is add a short description of what monster content "type" you can expect.

But anyway I'll add more when I get to it.

Yeah I get what you mean for sure, not a bad idea at all. My thinking with that one specifically is while dragons are pretty common in the grand scheme of monsters, actually playing as one as the MC (with sex scenes centered around that) is different enough to throw on here. Haven't yet determined a hard line between what exactly would make it on the list with more common monsters.

Shit probably actually, didn't think much about it. 95% of my time on this site is spent in the latest updates page/individual game threads.

If there's a short description of what you get and like a rating our of 5 on how common it is (where 1 is 1-2 scenes and 5 completely focused on it e.g. Teraurge let's say) then it should be very easy to use.

These are all femprotag.
The Agnietta - bugs, slugs, tentacles, goatmen, etc...
Jumble Strikers & Jumble Jokers - cool combat sex mechanics, plenty of classic Japanese monsters on the "truer" side.
She ill server - You (a girl) send monsters out to fight NPC girls. This one is pretty great in my opinion, large variety of scenes.
Lustful Desires - also maleprotag, mostly focused on furry and human but has a decent chunk of monster content.
Mental Blast - large focus on weird sci-fi/demonic things
Slugs and Bugs: Invasion - it's in the title.
Syahata's Bad Day - Parasite in the City alike. A lot of variety.

Don't know if I should just post it here or somewhere else, but I found a new-ish game called Greenhouse about some plant monsters invading an abandoned facility. There's even a feral female monster for all those male on feral enthusiasts desperate for that kind of content. I've made a request to include it on F95 but you can find it for free on

. Rthoth has more actual monsters than Sakyubasu, which has more traditional monster girls, but both fit the criteria I would say.

Xenophilia is pretty much what I seek with female MC, so it needs to have a half or at least a third of it dedicated to monsters. But I also need it to have additional stuff to make it feel like a game and not a scene collector - corruption (proper one, where you see her changing, not just "lose to bandits five times to unlock prostitution"), optionality of content (I can tolerate 'introduction' scene if devs really don't want to think about virginity) and some actual gameplay. So my list is pretty short.

1. Vitamin Quest 2 - my personal favorite. Ironically it doesn't have corruption, because there is nothing left to corrupt, but it still has scene progression, because her 'opponents' get corrupted by her instead. The amount of content is just massive - typical defeat scenes, battle fuck (including offensive!), scenes with NPCs and even a mini-game with monster-girls (though I think it was an overkill). Unfortunately the translation isn't complete yet. I'd recommend bookmarking Translation thread, because it might never get release thread due to some stuff.
2. "Treasure Hunter Claire" and "Tear and the Library of Labyrinths" - listed as one because Acerola, good quality regardless.
3. "Rafika and the Seal of Wedge". Art is a bit strange, like it's from a romance manga for girls, but Prince Charming got eaten on the way. Has everything I seek anyway. Other games from this developer work too, but are a just little bit worse.
4. Eldorante. Loses and gets points simultaneously, because they try to be creative. Giant headphones fucking her with a cord, mobile phone play with an insectoid, etc. Has a good enough machine translation, but I'd suggest waiting for uncensored Kagura version. Any decade now.
5. "The Eclipse Witch ~ A Witch's Chronicles". OneOne started adding middle route recently, so you don't need to watch MC being pissed on by a bunch of hobbos for half an hour to unlock h-content.
6. "Nightmare Knight ~Holy Knight and the Magic of Lust~". Wasn't that impressive, but still works.

And there is one management game - "Monster Black Market" - has male MC with a bunch of scenes with named NPCs, but the core gameplay is about running a brothel and monster breeding with generic NPC.

Alright finally found some time to sit down and update this again. Added everyone's recommendations and a few more of my own. I've been busy irl and likely will be for awhile, but next time I get around to it I plan to add a bunch more games that I've played to the list.

Another game I found quite interesting a while ago was Shackled Fate, a female protagonist with insect monsters, oviposition and birth. Abandoned, and it doesn't have that much female x insect content, but it does have some content like that and a pretty interesting art direction I'd say.

BTW If you have "Forest of the Blue Skin" in your list, you might as well add Succubus affection, since it's pretty much the same but better. Also for the monster girls there is Slave matrix - pretty basic gameplay/scene wise, but has randomly generated slaves and breeding.
