The game stand out because it's written by a woman and her art focuses on both men and women during sex scenes, something that AI can't do. Also, her game is primarily aimed at female audience which is rare.

Stable Diffusion is free if you download and install in on your computer. Civitai doesn't have any censorship (except for obvious restrictions on lolies and stuff) and you can generate couple images for free there. But if you have a decent graphic card I would suggest to install it and use localy.

Personally, I don't look for games that are realistic. I'm interested in fantasies that are developed in such a way that they seem realistic but in the end are still just a fantasy. I get what you're saying but I've seen the results of devs trying to make it less comical and most of them failed in that regard. Don't get me wrong, throat bulging can be a turn on, even when it's unrealistic, and there are videos out there with real people swallowing swords of considerable sizes but I can't see it happening here without it looking ridiculous. It was already a big stretch of her being able to take it up the ass without any proper stretching. Should have added a few more scenes/days/dialogues in the beginning of her trying to work up to his size, especially to build up anticipation.
