The NTR route is the bad ending, even when it will get better like in the "a new beginning" choice that you outlined in the cover pictures, it will never be as good as what she lost.
In the BBC route she is already a shell of a woman and that fits her choices perfectly.

Loyal and NTS can show more variety, jealousy and fear of loss on both parts.
Mila.questioning herself in how far is she wiling to go in NTS before their relationship is damaged, and then finding ways to reaffirm it.
