As said, I think the ending is too tame to be really considered a bad ending.Although i'm personally not a fan of BBC stuff and Bob is one ugly ass mf, the writing is well enough to keep things interesting.
My favourite moment was in the BBC path, when Paul just ends the marriage instead of being the usual cuck in those kind of games.
I consider the current BBC ending a sad ending, so the question at the end "BAD? ending" was quite fitting.

I'd rather see MC seeing her ex with a new woman (maybe pregnant) entering a restaurant while standing at the street corner, realising that she threw away a future with a family for some BBC with no regard for her. Something to twist the knife, so to speak. Make it really bad an ending.
But that would be only my take.
