Yeah, it's better when the dev writes the game how he imagined. It's nice when Devs accept suggestions but games usually end messed up because not all characters would want to do to everything(their personality just don't go with it)and others that their ideas aren't accepted could get angry.

This is why I really like how the game is structured where each major decision or kink leads to a separate route, so if someone isn’t interested in, for example, lesdom, it’s easy to skip.

That would be kinda hard to do without sounding humiliating, this would kill the idea of reclaming her. Maybe consider dividing that by preference of those who would like to reclaim her of watching her having pleasure.
I hope pregnancy for Bob will be optional. I like NTS, but not into humiliation, some parts of that make it feel like straight NTR. As for pregnancy in loyal route, it sounds logical and needed.

I like how Mila takes charge and chooses how to be with Bob and that she walks into the apartment and kisses Paul with him going down on her afterward but taking it much further than that seems a bit out of character. Just my unsolicited two cents.

For me, what makes this scene so emotionally powerful and brings richness to the characters, especially Mila, is that she never humiliates Paul. While she explores her sexuality, she still wants to make him happy and honor her marriage and love for him. Her emotions are complex. She doesn't come in bashing his balls by playing a femdom. She instead shares in his fantasy. She considers her shame and guilt for engaging in her wildest fantasies. She is still thankful that Paul allowed and even promoted her activities. And most importantly, she allows Paul to reclaim what is his and show him she still very much is.
This VN stands out because it doesn't follow the typical crap that comes with sharing and NTR stories. If this were any other story, we would see Mila treat Paul like shit. Turn the tables on him, that she deserves to be pleased, and he deserves to suffer. My issue with pregnancy on the sharing route is that she is in love with Paul and wouldn't do anything to damage the relationship. I guess it could be saved by saying Paul has a crazy pregnancy fetish where he wanted her to have another man's child. I think that would betray the complex emotions this scene explores. It seems that pregnancy would be much more likely on the "Fuck the World" NTR route, where she is ashamed for betraying Paul and destroying him, but doesn't ever want to go back to her old life. She is happy to let Paul burn it to the ground. While I am not a fan of BBC/BNWO crap either, it seems more appropriate on that route.
I assume that the loyal route would allow the couple to reignite their passion for each other, and pregnancy would organically follow. But I am making a lot of assumptions on how it will be written.
