The bad ending would fulfill their sadistic wish to see Mila punished for cheating. It's like in corruption games, seeing a FMC go from innocent/pure virgin to mind broken whore/nympho.

It's a BAD ending, it's supposed to be wrong/dark. And it's not twisting the knife to see the full consequence of her actions in that particular path. MC literally had to listen to his wife of 15 years getting her hole stretched while she enjoyed it. How is it not “twisting the knife” for Paul?

Witnessing the aftermath where the MC move on successfully while the fmcs deal with the consequences of her action is a good idea within that particular ending. Another game where it happens is “Always Fan”. It adds a particular flavor to revenge.
It can also add depth to Mila's ending, where she ponders on her choices.
