I think I'll switch to the NTS route somewehere in next month, or July. Which means I would be able to pull something like 4-6 scenes with Kiki. There are probably those:

I don't think it became very common as in RL common. It's just yet another trend in the porn industry at large. A bit like the BBC thing.
