They could get into swapping, or letting the other "cheat" so long as they tell each other what happened.

aDDont Thanks for update, I look forward to playing it. I finally got around to playing thru the NTR path last week. GOOOD stuff! Love Liz. Though, like you said, the visual is not as perfect, with her face here and there being a little uncanny. WOuld love some additional lesbian scenes, I don't know what the fuss is about...
Since you've mentioned it, allow me to acknowledge how well-written the dialogue between Mila and Liz was and compliment the shift to her POV, it was not abrupt at all and I did not just wish to finish it quickly to get back to Mila. I am also excited to watch Liz's story.
You've already established that Mila resents Paul due to her boredom and frustration with his lack of attention and intuition. He has been too distant for their evolution to be in sync and too inattentive to notice her separate evolution and try to either accommodate it and/or control it.
In NTS-route her choice to be honest allowed him to try fix this. He still has no idea of the problem in the NTR path.
I can imagine two scenarios, occurring at the same time or after each other in which Mila re-engages with Paul. Then possibly either have a "good end" or relapse into NTR gradually including Paul until he can't take it anymore.
Details:
1. I suggest that within the NTR route, at some point, Paul takes initiative with something romantic and a little seductive. He does have agency after all and she did love him for a reason. > Mila either

If you somehow do find the time and motivation to expand your plan, I do hope this outline might convince you that there is something interesting to explore in this direction and that you might consider adding something like it.

I. At first she likes being with him, the rejuvenated affection satisfying her as much as her promiscuous, power-play adventures, though differently.
II. Three things gradually start happening:
- Paul senses something is/was wrong and starts having doubts and noticing her changes behaviour, including in sex
- Mila's initial enjoyment starts getting weaker as things slip back to being ordinary
- Mila's guilt and need for confession get stronger
III. As a result*:
- Paul starts asking questions
- Paul starts experimenting with her in bed to see if she's different (she can deepthroat now, she likes being hit, eventually dirty-talking about being a slut, other men, lesbianism, exhbitionism etc.)
- Mila start prodding Paul to do certain things in bed (like above)
- Mila slowly and hestitantly reveals her cheating. Due to her fear and shame she lies sometimes and gives contradictory answers to Pauls interrogations that confuse him further, assuring him sometimes so he stays and other times breaking his heart by confessing she enjoyed something better with someone else etc.
IV. Escalation of III. and then reintroduction of NTR*
- Paul learns more of what Mila has done. When he finds out she actually fucked someone he weeps hard while Mila comforts him.
- Paul becomes emotionally abusive (not in bedroom), jealous and possessive. Mila has much less freedom.
- The kinky stuff that they were experimenting with escalate, venturing into cuckold fantasies.
(at first Paul initiates like saying "is this what he did to you?", "do you like this?". Then he starts letting her guide it "what else did he do?" and "show me!". Then she starts initiating it, he can resist at first saying "please, no more of this" then "why do you want to?" which Mila at first says "because I felt it turned you on before". - At first Mila is ok with Paul's abusive control of her life, fantasies and the crying because of her guilt. Gradually the unhealthy combination makes her like him less and hate him (she is now a victim of a possessive toxic relationship, her sex-partner is an obsessive cuckold and his crying is becoming more pathetic than sympathetic). Paul cannot move on, he knows this cannot be fixed and he should end things, but love and habit are delaying him.)
- In one of her routine limited times of freedom while Paul is too busy to call and check up on her, Mila runs into Liz. Friendship and discussion of the situation lead to Mila gradually starting to cheat again (at first maybe voyeuristically, Liz takes her to watch her with others, then maybe even Mila suggests Liz fucks Paul).
V. Climax*
- Paul cheats and confesses
- Paul eventually discovers Mila's cheating and secretly watches
- Mila eventually dicovers Paul, does not confront him, (Optional: but instead without his prior consent takes him to one of her dates and either they have a threesome or the first real-life cuckold scene occurs (She equally enjoys it as a sexy adventure and as revenge for his emotional abuse and cheating))
- They separate but live in the same house
- She has a date. Paul either leaves for a bar or stays at home. If at bar he can either stay out late or come home to find her with her date. If at home he can be there when she returns with her date. He can secretly watch or he chooses to face her and she makes him watch (first or second real-life cucking).
VI. Break-up or worse
- They either break-up with Paul being empowered, or further humiliated.
- They stay together with Mila further cucking Paul, even potential for chastity, sissification, etc.
* Paul/Mila always have a path out by either breaking-up or stopping cheating and abuse.
2. Paul cheats and becomes more dominant
a. Mila stops cheating, gets jealous and realizes she doesn't want to lose him. Then the same options starting with 1.b.II. above. Again with potential for "happy end" by stopping the path of cheating and revenge (breaking-up or becoming faithful)
b. Paul decides that Mila is just kinky. And either
I. He accepts it all including sharing her > back to NTS route and maybe some of the scenes in NTR route as well as Liz. Plus the scenes from 2.b.II. below
II. He accepts it but does not want to share her with other men > back to non-sharing route with Paul keeping things interesting and kinky (not necessarily just as a dom, since Mila can enjoy topping and teasing etc.) with additional scenes: FFM, cuckquean, BDSM, foot-fetish, water-sport, exhibitionism etc.
... of course what you're already doing is more than enough and this is ultimately just a fan sharing imaginings inspired by your story.

Liz to me is a interesting character. Scenario Liz listens to Mila and Liz starts to feel bothered by Milas actions towards what Liz perceives as a good man. Liz warns Mila if she keeps going down this path she's going to lose her husband. Mila dismisses her saying he would never leave. Liz being tired of this type of life and just wants to settle down decides she wants him. Her pursuit for Paul begins.

Thanks for sharing such detailed ideas! I won’t lie—story-wise, this could be really interesting. It has all the elements of a great narrative—action and reaction, emotions and choices, and believable characters with their own struggles and feelings. I’ll re-read it again later; there’s something about your ideas that I like. I’ll probably adapt or reuse parts of them.
I can say with almost complete certainty that I don’t plan on adding another "darker" netorase route. At least not for now. The main netorase path isn’t finished yet, and there’s already a ton of work to do, not to mention the technical and visual issues I’d like to fix whenever possible.
I’m strongly against multiplying suffering or including any kind of non-consensual elements, such as blackmail or hypnosis. It might sound strange since the game’s content is fairly intense, but my point is this—I’m okay with any kind of messed-up situations as long as everyone is doing it of their own free will (and is capable of making conscious, informed decisions—basically, sober and adult, at the very least).
Paul’s emotional suffering in this context is a tricky one. On the one hand, if it’s something he wants, then fine—let him suffer. But I’d honestly just feel sorry for him, and it’d be emotionally difficult for me to write those scenes. And since I have the choice to write them or not, I’d probably pass.
That said, going back to my original point—there’s something I like about your version. I’ll let it simmer for a while and see if any ideas come from it.

Feel free it will be refreshing to see the man not wallowing into despair and pity. Also the evolution of a woman who had fallen. Both can be each other's balm.

I don't understand the netorase vs netorare thing. In the netorare path Mila fucks black dude. In the netorase path she fucks white dude. Is the only difference that her boyfriend knows and encourage it in one path? Can we expect and ending in which Mila ditches her boyfriend and hook with Bob?
Basically yeah, the difference is if the hubby knows or not.
In netorase we now have four paths, which I plan like this:
- Mila sub, loves Paul and have a crush on Bob. They will have a strange relationship, there will be Mila's trip with Bob with another sex marathon, and Bob sharing Mila with others.
- Mila sub, loves Paul, and don't have a crush on Bob. She will grow tired of him, and they'll go separate paths, though her influence on him push Bob to have another relationship.
- Mila dom for everyone else, but sub to Paul. He will whore her out with others, sometimes he will send her to please with Bob again.
- Mila dom for everyone. She will find different partners and tease Paul about it.
