Yes, a cheat-mod that mixes all the paths is necessary, since the developer stubbornly refuses to let the players choose the paths they want to play...
I vote for a mixed NTR-NTS path, leaving everyone free to decide whether to use the two paths together or play only one of them.

I'm a fan of the game and most of the routes, so yes, when you're enjoying something, time flies by way too quickly
But with the current update, I was done in about 30 minutes without skipping any dialogue

Who is Paul? There is only a Female protagonist that I saw. Are they tagging LIs/side charachters now? Females cannot have a harem. See definition by the OXford Dictionary in my last post.
