I think I'll switch to NTR in couple months, because I am learning how to work with videos on the way, and it will take more time to make one scene, then before. I think I'll finish Bob's slut (sub) route and then switch to one of NTR routes, if I won't get tired of Bob before that

I finished the first round and didn't really understand what the wow is here. The animation is beautiful, the girl is beautiful, but the story is a bit strange in my opinion. Without meaning to, the whole point is to make choices and get all the endings. My question is what happens after that. I mean, how will the story continue and will it continue?

I didn't understand a question tbh. It's a game in development, new scenes added (or old ones reworked) every couple weeks.

ADDont is doing such a good job here,...... These Anims and especially Mila are so extraordinary fantastic,.... He needs to get a corp with Eva Kiss and redo "Good Girl gone bad" with these graphics. They would rule the world with this

I’m absolutely sure AI won’t replace us — but the people who know how to use it definitely might
I think translators will be replaced to some extent, but even then, with caveats. In pretty much every other field, it’s going to be AI plus a human. On its own, AI still produces pretty mediocre results.

But no she is not in the dataset. I used various girls including someone I know personaly to make Mila's model. She is more or less "average" of several people in terms of face features.

On the contrary, the animations are incredible, and you're doing a great job with them!)
However, I was hoping that the project would retain the original anime feel that got me so hooked in the first place.
But I also understand that it's just a personal preference, and of course, you need to stick to what you think would best fit your vision for the game.

The loyal and NTR routes have only 2frames animation. The NTS route now have couple fully animated scenes as you can see in previews. Not all of them, though)

Well I want to rework the hottest ones I think, some of the old ones remain intact. And people are pushing for new content, so I'll try to balance things out and rework the old scenes little by little, while making new content as a main priority) For example first scene with Kiki is just begging to be animated

Not sure if it would complicate things tenfold but maybe think about using an image stabilizer for the split screen videos. It's a bit weird when then background shifts in all directions and doesn't line up. Or don't use it side-by-side. Mila and whoever can talk to each other in front of different backgrounds. That's usually how 3D space works

Working with videos has completely shaken up my workflow. With images, I had already hit a kind of stability plateau — I roughly knew what was possible and what wasn’t, so I could plan production around that. Fewer experiments, more efficiency.
Now though, not only can’t I generate images and videos simultaneously yet (I’m planning to build a second PC for image generation while the main one handles videos — that should speed things up), but I also don’t really know how to achieve certain things in video yet, since WAN uses a totally different prompting logic. To figure it out, I have to generate way more variations — and that’s resource-intensive, plus the cost of error is high. So I still need to grind through this stage until I fully understand what’s doable and streamline the workflow for generation, upscaling, color control, and video compression.
In an ideal world, once I nail all that down, I’ll be able to produce more content week by week more efficiently.

Originally, I planned to spend five days working on new content and two on reworking old scenes, but WAN completely threw that off. My perfectionism doesn’t let me drop a task halfway, so I often bite off more than I can chew and end up losing a lot of time on it. Thankfully, at least the results are worth it, in my opinion.

Anyway, on to the plans: this week, I’m training a LoRA that’ll be needed for the next scene — Mila fulfilling the promise she made to Bob. That’s why I need the LoRA — I haven’t found anything pre-made that produces even remotely acceptable results.
After that, I’ll make the “preparation” scene,
then the morning scene with Bob,
then the scene where the video gets uploaded to her channel,
then the one where she shows it to Paul while "serving" him.
No idea what comes next yet. Somewhere in between, I might snap and start fixing old art again if something bugs me too much.

And hanging over me like a damn sword of Damocles is the big H-scene with Bob. The original took me a couple of months to make, and the rework will probably take even longer. But seeing it all animated... I think it’ll be worth it. Not sure when I’ll get to it though — maybe next round.

Honestly, I might start doing public releases less often. Though I feel like I start drowning in endless tweaks if I don’t release on time — stuff no one will even see anyway. Maybe I’ll just do smaller releases for patrons only… I’ll think about it.

Food for thought: Saturday is arguable the best day of the weekend. That is, if you don't work on weekends.

Saturday should, in my humble opinion, be reserved for a later Bob. A Bob Mila perhaps even enjoys more than her husband, which makes the agreement even spicier on a later date (she might even suggest it herself). What I mean it's fine if he gets to enjoy her one Saturday but his idea to make it a regular occurrence should be met with a little more resistance at first. By her and her husband. Except for booking a whole weekend, there aren't that many superlatives the story can surprise us with. In terms of time management, I mean. An teasing/implications, as you know, is half the rent.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I'm quite surprised you know her, and i don't mind if the similarity is accidental and the resemblance is uncanny especially during animations. She's really one of the most prettiest redheads. Keep up the good work and hopefully the loyal path will resume in the future, but i don't mind if you switch all scenes to animations. I think it's much better.

I haven't played your game yet, but I've kept an eye on it since it looks very impressive. I am not sure if you're already doing this, you've obviously done a great job, but you could use a start and end frame in wan i2v which should help with art fidelity.

That's exactly what I am doing but there is noticeable color shift for some smart reason I couldn't understand. That's why I had to edit the clips in davinci in attempt to stabilize the color pallete/gain/gamma. Annoying but still - it's better then anything we had before, if you ask me)
