Sure - if they actually know what’s new in the update, that is. But in this case, you’ve got two separate paths: one is much longer and hotter with Gianna. This path starts if you choose to just compliment her in the fitting room scene.

I like the game, but if you're going to have save naming, you should have the option to turn it off.
Here's a file for turning off save naming.
Right-click the file, click "save link as," and then click save in the downloads window. Then, put that file into the "game" folder.
