What choices do you have to make to get oral from the therapist, cause I had that scene in the original game, but after the rework I havnt seen that scene again

I used a save from v 050 (went back to Angel/Devil convo), once that convo was done:

Breakfast with Gianna = crack a joke

With Dr. Ana: look at her panties; touch Anna's leg; agree with her = Dr. Anna gives MC a BJ

I have not tried to restart from the beginning with v 060 but I used v 060 for this test.

the fighting with bully is broken. When it says to press E, if you do it right it still says QTE failed, and if you lose the fight, after confirming to try again it just stuck on loop. Any way to fix that?

Also, after the questionnaire about Anna it shows you as a winner, but when you get to chose to cockblock Shawn, it repeats it as you lose

they implemented a route, i think the choice is when you are in the dressing room in mall. you have to hold back from lust a bit i forgot the options
