That could mean literally anything, personally I think that extra render was just whatever was last produced ages ago. Doesn't necessarily mean the game is still being worked on. I do hope I'm wrong though because I really like the milf.

I wanna know, is this the same guy that used to develop Demon Boy? The renders look alike and the way he acts in between updates it's kinda the same.
