Nah. It's only been 6 weeks since a status update, and it's only been 6 months since the previous release. By site rules, this wouldn't qualify to be marked Abandoned yet.

No idea; it's a locked post and I'm not supporting this dev. I just know there was one, so this avoids the label for now.
The silence has been being kept since the middle of October. The vn was started more than 3 years ago, nevertheless it survived 2 updates only. The situation resembles an abandonment unfortunately.

Did you read the entire warning on the OP? You should be able to determine this yourself. Is the date and time, right now, during that which is listed on the OP?
If the moment when you start downloading is not during any of those dates and times, then it is safe. It also specifically says so on the OP.

Not much, the dev is releasing in parts over the coming weeks, they lost content or something and had to restore everything, so they are releasing what they have restored basically every 2 weeks until the full episodes is out.
