I installed the S1 mod and shows a stupid amount of zeros...that I cant USE.
The game doesn't seem to recognize I am carrying enough cash to invest heavily in literally every scientific issue out there, like ending world hunger, stopping all conflict and war, purifying every source of water, planting trees on every parcel of land, completely counteract global climate change, cure EVERY disease people are donating to, figure out warp technology, discover what a Black Hole really is, fully colonize every habitable planet and moon in our solar system, and literally shelter the worlds homeless...but it does notice I am using a cheat, so it occasionally crashes.
So how do I actually use the cash for things like making my visits to certain girls much better?

I'm working on it now.
I had already planned on updating it, after being asked about this and Breeze of Passion. I've already completed the updated mod for Breeze of Passion (spawned to a new thread for the mod), and Milfs of Sunville is from the same dev. I've noticed that this game follows mostly the same code pattern as for Breeze of Passion, so I should be able to reconstruct it in my own way, using LaikDink's previous recommended choices.
The way I re-made the mod for Breeze of Passion also makes it compatible with all languages available in the game.

The file was so big, I was unable to post it as an attachment (probably just a few kB above the forum's limit).
The new mod thread is currently being approved by moderators, and will also include a download link (in my MEGA folder) for LaikDink's mod for season 1.
I chose to use MEGA, since I already prefer them for my own downloading, and I have a Pro Lite subscription there.
