some devs do ask fans for ideas and in many cases the ideas are good enough to be in the game.

I downloaded zip file in my Android phone and I extracted it and then there is no option of apk installation or any kind of apk logo now what to do

Probably you downloaded a desktop version of the game rather than an Android one.
