2. give them a call or fill in a form to make an appointment
3. arrive on your appointment early and not too late
4. wait until your appointment starts with the therapist
5. be nice and answer/ask questions to make the most out of it

Hello Texic! The game hangs when I try to open the inventory. I'm at the end of Christie's and Mischwanda's route and have collected the 12 roses for Mary that I can't hand over to Itscher and Mumbler. At least since that point in the game I can no longer open the inventory.
