Ok I might have figured it out. If you take the pill then when the credits start you need to spam click the left mouse button, then the real ending to the prison sequence plays, otherwise it kicks you to the main menu.
Anyway this save will work, not sure if you'll need to disable renpy's save protection to use it or not though.

The last Mary Task (notes) for Dirty Game appear in Russian, so not sure how to progress on that last bit.

Guys I change the language the game restarts and still remains in Russian..
How do I keep the language change set to English?
