I finished all the tasks for all the girls and when I checked the quest book and clicked on the Beach quest polaroid photo it said I could start the quest in the MC's bedroom during the morning and it had a "Start Quest" button. I clicked it and started the quest, finished all the girls side quests and now I can't go back to the city

I think you need to speak to Mary first, then you'll both go to the shop together.

The quest is wrong. Talk to Mary when she is sitting on the couch in the evening. You will need $200. Had the same problem

Finish all of the girls' questlines in the beach event and then it will inform you that you can leave, then just click on the yellow taxi car on the first background.
