Texic There's an issue with self-voicing narrating all the dialogue twice. Press V to activate during any dialogue screen to confirm. It doesn't happen in the comic scenes.

to look for references to repeat text commands or TTS enqueues of dialogue, modified engine behavior in the renpy folder with the help of CHatGPT, etc. I do know programming and comp sci fundamentals, and given enough time and patience I could find the issue, but I'd rather move on to another game than do so.I understand if this isn't a priority. Good game, but it feels there are some bugs.
Some have said mother goes missing at some point and they cannot exit room, but I think those were intentional.
Once you had to pick up pants from the bed, else it wouldn't let you leave your room.
Repeatable quests is probably a bug, but since game isn't finished, it might be intentional or meant to be for debugging, I don't know.

Actually the v1.0.7b version still has it, downloaded the apk version and with it came the option to unlock all gallery and the ntr scene was there

Yep. That's how I made this patch - just ported back the content from 1.0.7 into steam version
