Ok I might have figured it out. If you take the pill then when the credits start you need to spam click the left mouse button, then the real ending to the prison sequence plays, otherwise it kicks you to the main menu.
Anyway this save will work, not sure if you'll need to disable renpy's save protection to use it or not though.
I got the fake gun from the PC shop for susan's fake robbery, but where do you get the mask and balck tights/stockings?
