Same issue here, i can not click the neighbor's house. This is also impeding librarian progress.

Edit: managed to make it work by completing susan's quest, and then toggling christie's dlc outfit on and off a couple times. Also went inside and outside of the house several times.

to port the game i use unren to extract image and original rpyc if you decrypt the rpyc in rpy the game not work on pc and android
compress the image and video with tool UAGC v3.1.1
androidstudios why ren'py 8.4.0 nightly not work on Windows 8.1
create apk and fine
