This game is a mess.
The only redeeming thing is the artwork.
Otherwise it's a tedious sandbox full of grind with not enough content.

This game's pretty solid, man. Good plot, characters with actual personalities (unlike those pervy-focused games), and a unique art style that stands out. Yeah, most of the action revolves around the mother/landlord, but it's still entertaining. Sure, the writing feels like it's done by a school kid, but hey, it adds some comedy! And yeah, there are still bugs and grammar errors, but overall, it's fun. The visuals are cool, and the art's nicely done. It's kinda funny that the mom's the first NPC you go after. Getting the sister can be a drag, though, especially with those back-and-forth tasks like the basket/picnic thing. But if you stick to story mode, it's not too bad. Can't wait to see what the dev does next. Played it in Russian, which is cool. And man, the hot mom NTR was just the cherry on top for me.

In the genre of family incest house games, this ends up being average. The mom is hot as fuck but the content with her is pretty barebones. I dont really care for anything outside of the mom and the other characters/plot dont work for me.

Most of the sandbox gameplay feels alot like a game like summertime saga but its all worse then the games its inspired by.

Normally I don't rag on a creator's language skills. Writing a story in a second language is not easy. But I can't ignore it, because the translation gets in the way of not only characterization but of the plot itself. Look at the tagline "Beauty to fight for, dimension for which you live". What does that mean?? What's it referring to? It doesn't intrigue me, it confuses me, and this feeling is basically my entire experience.

As far as I can tell, you play a delinquent kid who gets caught by the authorities and you have to re-earn your not-mom's trust. A crazy bitch sneaks in and robs you, or tries to collect money you owe? But also they have sex with you? Random-feeling things happen, you try to get money, and then you slowly get affectionate with the women around you and then sex scenes happen. All a game like this has is its story, and the translation is so bad I can't really tell what is happening. Characters feel like aliens or machines. I've played MTLs and janky ESL games before, but it's bad enough to be an obstacle here.

This game is monotonous to the point it's not worth playing. All you do is endlessly do the same things trying to advance the various characters, and it's just a grind.

The only good aspect is the graphics are more original than just your usual HoneySelect rinse/repeat.

Very nice, enticing and coherent art.

For once, the mother is the first and easiest female NPC to get - cool.

The tasks to get the sister tend to be a little too back-and-forth and boring (the basket/picnic task for example), but overall the time spent to achieve goals is reasonable. I advise to play in story mode.

I hope we'll have some free sex time activities with mommy throughout the day - those costumes will really be going to waste otherwise...

Welcome to the Russian Realm of Romance! The setting of "MILF's Plaza" feels like a refreshing breeze.
Different erotic tropes and cliches fit well into the women of "MILF's Plaza", they truly deliver an enticing mix, each character exudes their own charisma and adds a dynamic layer to the dating experience.
The dialoges are pretty silly but funny and enjoyable. This game knows what they are and tries to be itself in the best way, I look forward to future updates! ^^

Wow what a grindfest.

The art is decent, given it looks to be hand drawn. There are definitely better examples out there though. The animations are pretty rudimentary and don't really spice things up that much.

As for the story, maybe its better in its native language but the english translation is just plain awful. Like really bad obvious attempts at porn dialogue. Its impossible to get into the story or care about any of the characters. The "best friend" is a complete dick, and there is a horrifying imitation of Jay and Silent Bob. The whole premise is really done quite poorly.

In terms of mechanics, wow. There is very little predictability in how much time things are going to be moved forward. You might have a single conversation in the morning and then all the sudden its evening. Moving anywhere on the map takes up a whole time slot, and a lot of things can only be done in the morning or afternoon which means only the afternoon and then you have to burn a whole day just to wait. It gets real tedious real quick. That coupled with the lackluster story and average at best art makes this an easy skip. I know I'd really like my time back.

Had 2 bugs that couldn't get past before I gave up.

Translation is god awful. So if you can't cope with bad Engrish donn't bother.

Environment is decent, art style excellent, characters very pretty. Had to restart twice because I got stuck in the park, then next play through got stuck at the shop.

Third time couldn't figure out what was next even with the phone hints so gave up.

Looks like the game's original language is Russian, so that's what I played.
The writing is AWKWARD! It's like written by a school kid. But that gives the game some comedy value.
Visual style is good!
There are still inconsistencies, bugs and grammar errors.
But overall the game is entertaining!

I played this game in survival mode.

Pros:
=> The story
=> Nice 2D graphics.
=> I liked the sex scenes and the female characters.
=> Sometimes you have to think how to do things or how to use an item to unlock some situations/scenes.

Cons:
=> A lot of bugs need to be fixed (typos, many untranslated sentences, dialogue bubbles are not displayed correctly, etc).
=> Three scenes are missing from the gallery (two blowjobs by Kat and the MC masturbating in the bathroom in front of Mary in the shower).

To sum up :
The game is good and has potential BUT IT NEEDS TO BE CHECKED AND FIXED by the developer.

Review for MILF's Plaza (Steam_13d version):

This is my third time starting this game from the beginning, but the first time made it through all of the available content without hitting a game-breaking bug. It could be a 4-star game, and it may eventually get there, but it's been an execution nightmare.

Story: 3/5 - It's better than average, but overshadowed by poor writing. I think there's supposed to be a lot of humor, but it gets lost in translation. Still, it's more original than 90% of adult games. However, the title doesn't really go with the game, at all.

Writing: 2/5 - It's barely better than garbage. The opening splash screen of the game reads, "The game currently has some problems with other languages (not English)." The irony is off the charts. There's a ton of broken English and misspellings and poor translation issues, but worse, there is a lot of dialogue and menu items that display in Russian.

Renders: 4/5 - The artwork is very good. It has some consistency issues, but they don't completely break immersion.

Animations: 3/5 - Animations range from jerky 2-frame animations, to something more reasonable for the artwork. I'm not sure if they improved over time or if some scenes just got less attention from the animator.

Audio: 4/5 - Music is better than average. Occasional sound effects are good.

Gameplay: 2/5 - Most of the gameplay is average, but the grind can be insane. I played the last playthrough in "story mode" and I don't think the dev really understands what story mode should mean. This game was designed for grind and the game is grindy as fuck even in story mode. The general problem is that there are only 3 usable time slots per day, combined with using 1 time slot to travel. If the MC goes anywhere outside of the house (except the building next door), it takes 1 time slot to travel there and another time slot to travel back, plus one time slot to do whatever it is that needs to be done outside of the house. The MC really can't do more than one thing per in-game day. The balance of earing and spending money is stupid, too. Small items are insanely expensive (e.g., a chocolate bar for $100). Opportunities to earn money are extremely limited. The MC can find stashes of money around his house and collect around $20 per day. Once the MC has $40, he can "gamble" to make more, but once he has $300, the game doesn't allow gambling and the MC has to sell drugs to earn more. This is a contrived way to ensure that players constantly grind for money and don't just spend a couple weeks of in-game time to get as much money as they'll need in the game.

Bugs: 1/5 - This game has been a nightmare of bugs for me. Twice, I ground away for hours and hit a bug that completely stopped progression and finally gave up. There are several character events that are missing dependencies to the character's storyline, for example, Christy's "Nightmare" and "Night Games" events have dialogue related to her not being ready for vaginal sex, but you can get those events for the very first time after MC has had vaginal sex with her. Also, in the case of Night Games, the last two levels of the event aren't even implemented, but it doesn't even make sense to have them after MC and Christy are having sex. There are dozens of dialogue boxes attributed to the wrong character. The opening Splash screen says "We quickly fix bugs." but many of these issues have been known for over a year.

Other:

• There's a crazy quest dependency where MC needs Igor very early in Christy's storyline, but Igor gets kidnapped as part of Mary's storyline, so if players don't start Christy's storyline earlier, they are locked out of progressing with Christy until they almost completely finish with Mary's storyline.
• The ending scene could easily be the hottest scene in the game. However, it has exactly two renders, no animations, and 160 lines of dialogue to click through. What a let-down.
• The existing content hints that there was a ton of planned content that just never made it into the game for whatever reason. This will always leave players feeling that the game is unfinished.

This game is a buggy mess. Quests don't work properly most of the time and I was unable to finish the current content because I was stuck in a renpy error loop. The grammar is poor but I can forgive that because the dev is clearly not a native speaker. The best thing about this game is the art so I would say if you're interested in this game, just download the gallery unlocker.

honestly its a solid game with a good plot, the characters are pretty well rounded with actual personalities unlike other games where they entirely focus on the perviness. the art style is quite unique and easily different from the rest, some scenes are totally amazing but majority of the content is more on the mother/landlord. overall its a solid game that would recommend specially its almost finish, cant wait for the next project of the dev after this.

It's a little sparse on how often you get new sex scenes, but not as bad as other games. Goes pretty quick, but you can get hung up on a few plot points, also there's this one weird bug involving having to give your mom money, sometimes the option pops up, other times it doesn't.

Scenes are hot, but not enough with the younger girls, it's like 50% the mom. All in all pretty solid experience.

One of the few games I actually regret playing which I rate for 1 stars. The only saving grace is the art. On top of that, its a sandbox, so expect clicking everywhere to navigate which is annoying. The story is complete nonsense as of right now along with dealing with a bad translation. It feels like characters only have 2 personalities including the MC, a unlikeable bitch and horny + stupid. My guess is that the writer doesn't have a story planned out, they just write whatever scene they want.

Just download and look at the gallery is all I recommend.

i really liked texic's artwork before (like in 2017-18, even subbed on Patreon), buuuuuuuuuuuuut after playing THIS ...

there's a lot of boring things in life, like watching flies fuck, or doing some menial work for a long-long time. And then it's this 'milf plaza'

The story is extremely shallow, substandard and boooooooring. Art is nice at best, but the content for 3 (!!!!) years of in-progress game is just scarse. And that tells you something.

Optimization, polishing and bugs fixing are just not something present in this project.

I guess the lewd content is pretty much okay, but honestly, you can find dozens of projects here with both decent story and lewds.

This game has very good 2D art. I also really like this game developer, he communicates very well with his audience, I talked to him a couple of times. I don’t really like the sandbox adult games, but here it’s implemented not so badly, although I did find a couple of bugs. The characters are good too. I recommend Milfs Plaza
