You downloaded from an non-viable site. Delete everything and re-download from here.
If you are getting a virus notification then it is a false-positive and just disable your antivirus or include the game in the exceptions.
Check previous posts about how to make the game run smoothly by running it at least once as an administrator , using compatibility mode for Windows 7 and under.

New character probably means it will be a while before actual sex with the house milf. These games often introduce new characters just to put off sex with characters that people have been waiting for. I'll probably wait for the update after next.

A very nice update as always, but I just wanted to have more scenes of Linda trying out more outfits in front of Joey before they jumped on the bed. Ps.your animations are getting better and better with each update and the devs of this game never fail to suprise me (in a good way). Keep up the good work. Also I would love to see Linda and Joey dance together in their underwear in the next update.
