Yes. For some reasons when starting a new game the previous conditions on some boolean variables still remain. I need to fix that but I haven't gotten around in doing it just yet. Mybad

Starting a new game directly didn't help.

I think it might be a similar problem to the Russian doll.

It probably started earlier when I took the key off the floor with Delvin's hammer.

I said the way backyard isn`t available so it is a bug. I know there was a backyard no place you have the way backyard at this point.
