Ok so I downloaded the 0.09 version on Android and it shows me that I have to start from beginning I can't load the new version on Android in some other way??

Unfortunately yes. From 0.09 and afterwards you need to start a new game on Android
I see now; you don't actually need money for the pills, just the script.
