A little while ago, I read a comic of milftoon with Sue... At one party, she shows up dressed in small clothes to her husband and neighbors, one of which has particularly caught my attention. (the guy with the glasses under the arrow)

This guy is a pervert and voyeur, who even enters Sue’s house when there is no one to search her lingerie. (in the original series)
Maybe it would be a good idea if William blackmailed her into showing off in front of him.
Well, it’s just a perverse idea lol !

NTR is when the protagonist has his/her lover stolen by someone else which usually follows a series of regret and shame towards the protagonist (which is why many people do not like it) and usually ends badly.

For example if our playing protagonist was Denni's Dad and we caught Alice (mom) cheating with Dennis then that is NTR
BUT
In the same example , if our playing hero was Alice or Dennis then it is NOT NTR as they do not have their loved one stolen away.
Building on that example if our hero Dennis has a girlfriend and later on someone has sex with her without his approval (cheating) then it is also NTR.

In our case, the protagonist is not Frank but Sue, so Sue gets to pick whom she has sex with so that is not NTR. However , if Frank was "stolen" by some other milf (or younger) and we SHOW IT and/or Sue discovers it then that is NTR.

Overall , our heroes get to pick whom they have sex with and the only sex scenes that we will be showing are scenes with those heroes/heroines so there is no NTR in our game as clearly the heroes do not have any loved ones to be stolen away.

I was stuck in the same part, two Dennis appeared and it did nothing when I put the oil on Dennis's mother. Apparently it is a bug and it was fixed by clicking on the lifesaver. When I clicked on it, the scene was fixed, the two Dennis disappeared and Dennis's mother appeared lying on the towel and I could continue to put the oil on her.

TLDR: please add a larger selection of volume by activity (music, sex and background sounds) and a non-automated text choice for bad readers.

in version 0.06A I will point out that adding a volume control that doesn't work while the game is being played is not enjoyable and having such loud music is actually painful to me. To adjust music volume I would set it to 5% (in almost all other games) and sexual/vocal volume to 40 tp 50%, the way you have it set up, the music is so loud that I will have to use windows volume mixer which will also almost mute any voice or sex sounds which will wreck the game for me.
I will also suggest changing how written text progresses forward because if I set it to slow it takes to long and if I set it to any other speed and then click my mouse it can skip forward 2 sentences because the time says forward and the click moves it as well. This causes me to miss huge bits of dialog, to which you might say "Then don't do that!" however 3 billion games have either a timed move forward or a click mouse to move forward very few enjoyable games have both. Please add a 5th text speed of "mouse click or space bar click to proceed" to allow those of us who have an interest in understanding the story while being a medium slow readers with limited attention spans to actually choose when to proceed so we don't miss a whole pile.

The only sound in the game is the music (there is no moaning etc)
The game has a timed move forward too, you can change the text speed in game in the Game Menu too. If you set it to lowest then it is almost static and will only move with Mouse click. Use the Game Menu to set the speed of text and try it to see which one fits your reading enjoyment more.
