How do you get pass the frank scene with roleplay and perfume from nora how do you keep him from going back downstairs to watch the game??

You have to answer the various options until you find the right sequence to move forward.

It is sort of hidden by the text box.
The previous dialogue explains it, the hint window doesn't mention it explicitly.

You don't need to go inside since during the scene you are taken inside directly but then after that you don't need to go back in but if you mean how to find the yacht you have to press down Near the door to find yourself in front of the yacht

I don't really want to write a review, the game is clearly not for me. Hate the engine, hate the game design choices the team made and hate the story. PBX is just such a fucking beast and some scenes are just that hot. Still this is a great product and it seems like a lot of people truly enjoy it so kudos to the team for actually releasing something of quality.
