Have you tried loading back from a previous save? If you haven't use the SPACE (press and hold) to skip text quick and get back there again.

The USB won't dissapear. You are supposed to keep it
Press All the way to the right and then in the middle to leave the comic

It seems your save is corrupted or something else happened.
Have you tried loading using the Save provided?

OK go to the Boat (DBZ island) and see if there is a scene there when you try to enter it

OK something is off and it is a bug then.
Once you solve the Puzzle it should have Gohan leaving (as he did) and the Hint changing to saying that you should Visit.

I press all the way to the right exist the comic by pressing the close button in the middle and when I exit I still got the hint that i need to insert the usb in the pc

Can you please provide a screenshot? I want to help but I can't unless I see exactly what you mean.
When you finish reading the comic he should say something "I dont think I should read more" and then the hint should change.
If he isn't saying it then you are most likely not at the end of the comic
