- Basically, a specific method of operating. Doing it your way. (I'm not sure if that is what is meant here though)
IMO= In My Opinion
- speaks for itself IMO

I assume "Mo" was simply short for his name and him signing the message.
IMO = "in my opinion"
(and google provides answers for acroynms much easier and quicker then asking)
