Well this was a mix of too many models and facial morphs. However I lost the data as my HDD was corrupted. No longer have her base file I created. Also did not note how I created it too, so using it is out of question. In case you are looking to create someone from a real person, then you could use facegen which is used for creating celebrity clones.
