Just started this game. I'm literally in the first week of the game. Wednesday, after the park and beach scene Natalie. The lightbulb doesn't tell me what to do anymore. Any ideas of where I go after that?

Lightbulb? Im not sure what are you talking about, but the thing is, there is a walkthrough in your cellphone, just follow that walkthrought, its not very detailed, but at the same time is easy to follow if you pay atention, you can't miss. I went through the entire game with just that walkthrough and had no problem getting the game's objectives.
