Not sure what you mean by "import it". Here is basically what you should do:
- Download the file (which you may have done already).
- Use an unpacking tool to create the game folder and all its contents in a usable format. For this you can use

- Right-click on the archive file (Milfylicious-0.25-pc.zip). From the menu, choose the program you're using (like a listing for "7-Zip"). And then from the next menu, choose an option that is something along the lines of "Extract to" (and a suggested folder name should appear).
OR...
- Open the program you downloaded (like WinRAR) and within that program, look for an option to locate a file to extract. Find the file and use the options presented to extract that to a location on your machine.
- Right-click on the archive file (Milfylicious-0.25-pc.zip). From the menu, choose the program you're using (like a listing for "7-Zip"). And then from the next menu, choose an option that is something along the lines of "Extract to" (and a suggested folder name should appear).
- Once that process is completed (a window should appear showing the progress in unpacking the archive), you can move the folder wherever you want — probably as a new folder next to any previous version of the game you had.
DO NOT put this latest version into an existing folder from a past version.
- Run the Milfylicious.exe program in the folder you've unpacked.

Screw the other places
I know nothing specific about either site; however, I do want to caution you about them.
I'm assuming they adapt the game so you can run it on a web browser, as opposed to installing it on your computer/device. This can cause some problems, as you're playing an altered version of the games.
At best, if you run into bugs, the dev will almost certainly not be able to assist you. The game is no longer their code. Those sites may have people who can help you; as I said, I know nothing about them. It's fairly common for games here to have community versions; for Ren'py in particular, people will often generate compressed versions of games, or add Android versions (either because the dev doesn't, or to add mods to the base game; due to the nature of the Android system, it's much more difficult to add a mod than it is under Windows or Mac). However, those generally don't need to change the base code much, and you can contact the community members directly if you have a problem with them.
At worst, those sites could potentially add malware to the game. I imagine this is much less likely on long-lasting, well-established sites, but it's still possible. They almost certainly are doing something to monetize the games. And, of course, the devs aren't getting any of that money. Yes, this site allows you to bypass the devs' own monetization efforts - but generally access from this site doesn't directly monetize that access.

According to some Devs Porngameshub pirates games and claim them as theirs. They even ban Devs and other creators from signing up at their forum to get credit or interact with fans. Avoid like the plague. Not just pirates but imposters.
